I am a freelance photographer based in Mobile, Ala., who is passionate about visually documenting the extraordinary and familiar of the world around me. From peak action or the highs and lows of sporting events, to recording the quiet moments of daily life or revealing the character of a subject through portraiture, using the camera to record imagery that invokes an emotional response is the ultimate goal of my work.
Technically, I have the ability to cover an event and transmit images remotely on deadline with a full complement of camera, lighting and video gear.
I have more than 20 years experience as a newspaper staff photographer and have produced work for clients that include the Associated Press, Reuters, Gamma Liaison, Landov, AL.com, GulfLive.com, Sports Illustrated, Alabama NewsCenter and the University of South Alabama.
